For our public sector clients we update and/or rewrite zoning and development codes range
in scale from entire code sections to a few sections to respond to changing conditions or
community direction.  This work may originate in the inadequacies of current codes and/or
following up on the results of our "Green Audits".  Additionally, we augment local government
staff in performing staff assessments, drafting reports and preparing presentation materials.

Our professional planners prepare complete zoning codes, and multiple sections of other
zoning and land development codes.  Both conventional and form-based codes and code
updates to address new uses and incentives are addressed.  Codes have been reformatted
and rewritten for easier use; graphics and definitions added.  New sections have included:
